Confused

Words caught inside
waiting to burst through.

My heart speaks one truth -
my head tells another
so all I'm left with
is a doubt I can't place.

Words caught inside
waiting to burst through

I just need to tell you -
tell you how I feel
or how I fell.

I need help with how to add on to this . . . Any suggestions? -Jamie

very good start, just expand on that, why do you feel doubt? why are your words caught inside, just expand on your feelings and it should be great...
can't wait to see the finished result.
