I lay in bed
Late at night,
Fighting sleep
And losing
Because of you.

I just cannot
Get you
Off of
My mind.
A common reaccurance;
An everyday thing.

Am I in love?
Am I in lust?
Tell me
Right now
Is this real?

Hours on end
I think
Of anything
And everything
I can
About you.

The detail
Of your smile,
Your eyes,
Your warmth...
Your laugh
Echoes in my mind.

Am I in love?
Am I in lust?
Tell me
Right now

I relate with that so much it's scary.

Writing this from real experience, or just because you thought it would make a good piece?
