You and me against the world,
praying on our knees, "Keep us safe,Lord."
For you I would die and never again cry,
sell my soul to the devil, steal, kill, and lie.
With us together it'll be a hard life to lead,
filled with nights and days of hate, love, and greed.
Life or death, light or dark I'll never leave your side,
together forever we'll ride, lookin out for eachother like Bonnie and Clyde.
We have both made it through pain,
and we've both seen it through rain.
Our different pasts made it clear eachother we should hate,
but a Romeo and Juliet never seems out of date.
Not that we want out lives here to end,
but we don't want our love being gone with the wind.
Even though a story of Bonnie and Clyde or Romeo and Juliet we may never be,
I'm satisfied with the story of just you and me.

This poem, though out of my league, demonstrates how i would like to live in the future. Great Job!

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Tabitha, this is beautiful, sweet friend, and it certainly won't be like Bonnie and Clyde or Romeo and Juliet, because it will be a much happier ending forever and ever!
