Shadows cast upon the wall Dance gracefully under the moonlight First being one person Then becoming a thousand Yet beating is only one heart Images linger with a dead mind Frantically searching for a memory A little piece of evidence To finally bring closure To this lost soul walking the Earth Emptiness is now the air that’s breathed Paining lungs each time they inhale Loneliness follows a never-ending road In darkness as black as slate Leaving no room for regrets Courage is the key for survival Taking each day as it comes Pushing aside the fears The memories and the wounds So you can live a life that you want to * "In life you must dance like no one is watching, sing like no one is listening and love like it's never going to hurt..." |

J. Lynn... Another great write, girl. I enjoyed it. It can mean a lot to a reader if they're in the right state of life. Glad I read it. I'd say more, but I just got back from a run. ~Titus "I want you to hit me as hard as you can." No, really, I do. |
