Peel back the layers of truth and watch what seeths beneath the hurt inside won't dissapear Show me whats real don't hide behind the lies Hands shaking as you touch the leaf slowly pull it apart and see the tears flow as a whole being Show me the real you take off your disguise The being stands and raises its head and looks deep into your eyes and you see its true pain Let out the frustration Its getting louder and louder Its waiting to get out maybe as a scream or a cry or maybe..just as a poem Now the emptiness is back this is so much better If You Wanna See A Rainbow, You've Gotta Live Through The Rain. I really liked the first stanza. Great piece. If you don't mind me asking what is it about, I think its one of thoses poems that are interpreted different by different people. Thanks for sharing. ~Lexy  |

reading this makes me think of a dense forest and then you come to an opening (the leaf) and theres someone there, someone you wanna tell how you feel...i really like it. |
