Mirror Mirror Standing before me Show me my dreams and hopes of yesterday. Mirror mirror Standing before me Please show me the way we used to be. Please show me the pictures of us long before they were tear stained. Mirror Mirror Standing before me Show me why I cry. Mirror mirror Reflecting truth back to me Why do you show me nothing but broken promises? Why is there only images of me crying in the darkness? Mirror Mirror Reflecting truth back to me Show me my future. Mirror mirror Reflecting truth back at me Why do I only see tears and lonliness before me? What happened to the love I once had And that promised to stay with me forever? Mirror Mirror Broken pieces on the floor Reflecting pain and tears once more. Mirror mirror Shattered pieces with jagged edges Reflecting blood back at me from your inflicted pain. Live out you life in the trash now You always told me lies anyway. *blood from inflicted pain.. basically stepping on the glass and cutting yourself. Or being foolish enough to take wrong step into a place where you knew you'd be hurt from the beginning. |

I like the structure of this, and like Cherish, I also really liked the ending. Not bad at all. Parasite Learn to place poetry before people |
