Why You're The One You're the one that has an ear to hear. You're the one that puts a smile on my face. But some days you'll never be here. Living far away in another place. I told you my hopes, dreams, and of course my fears. For I don't know what I would do if you were in space. You're the one I look for each game to cheer. I fear only that you will leave with no trace. You're the one that gave me a tissue to wipe all my tears. In my heart, I run to you without a chase. When you tell me about other guys, I feel the end is near. You're the one that I want to be with on this hollow place. But if you find another and he says "Hey, dear" When I'm with you, there is nothing to see, but your beautiful face. This is why I love you so to have you hear. Thank you for visiting my poetry. |
