Properly treated, she played one fine day
Her dark eyes caught sight of the birds as they flew
Broken dreams and bundles of mishaps away
Black and tan, a bright light in my life yet I knew

Her dark eyes searched out to recapture so free
Broken trust was repaired, and in my lap laid
