Palms of your walk sway
slowly into the sight of me
as my breath rasps...
As I sigh softly..

Dancing water’s light
flickering in your sparkle
bathe me in the desire of
you...as I sigh longingly
again...

Drums echo my ears
of a heart racing
a last mile....

Hoping to touch the softness of satin’s flesh
curved in the hills of lace
and flower’s scent..

As the blood of a lip bit
awaits the taste of your wine..

Come,
stomp the grapes of desire
in the vat of our passion..

While candles flicker and
fingers trace the lace of
you....as you again...
trace the lace of me..

You are such a tender romantic! Sigh is right.

I thought, by the title, that this was going to be some metaphor about Passion's poets making wine with their poetry.

I don't know Barry you are piling up the sighs. What are you going to do with them?
Wonderful write, enjoyed.
