Sometimes it can be easy
Sometimes hard
Sometimes you want to get out of it
Sometimes you think
How stupid was I for doing this

He keeps telling you thing
Which he has never acted on
In the year you have been together
And keeps begging you
Not to give up on him
That it is hard to find a job where he lives

Well now it is over a year
Since you meet him
And you haven't given up hope
You strive
To still believe
What he says

Now he is bringing his friend
Into the equation
Which means less time for you and him
But he keeps saying
I will be on in the afternoon
And the evenings
And sometimes even the mornings
But you know well enough
If it is his friend
That will not hold up

So I guess
This is what long distance love
Is and always will be

Cold hands means a warm heart

(sigh) I know just how you feel, sweet friend, long distance love is such a bittersweet story and I still yearn for my Joanna so much as she is still working hard many days! (big hugggssssss) Here's wishing you the best, sweet friend, this is heartfelt, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Julie, thank you for sharing!
