The storm is surging within
Pent up frustrations
The status quo will not work
Stress induced constraints
In total depression

The winds pick you up
In a meditative state
Carrying you through the universe
Bare feet dancing in the drizzle
Free floating spirit on mind trips

In everything that should be
Suddenly become right
Before your doubting fortitude
An ecstasy of self moral boosters
Sends the stress into positive thinking

A revelation that absolves you, of any guilt
In the revival of a relaxed persona
Strength of mind
To endure the force of adversity
Reinforcing the intelligence of your creativity

In the storms aftermath
You are cleansed of your mental baggage
Lightening your spirits pessimism
Carrying you unhindered
By combating your fears

As the storm within calms to soothing smiles
In whispering songs singing in your heart
To a beat of such optimism
In which everything blooms around you
In the spring showers “after effects”

You have quite the extensive use of language...a bit of proofreading and you can fix the mechanics that need your attention.

Well done metaphor of comparing inward emotions to the seasons. Powerful read.

Whether on the shoal or on the shore,
I'll seek the lighthouse evermore.
