Their bodies broke the silence
Of night’s deliberate movement
Disturbing the sleep of stars
And blushing the moon
In his pass towards tomorrow
On a bed of feathers, bent

Crucial need, intimate touch
Willful passions unrepent
Heedless of when night would fade
And day wake to reveal a love
They know, no hour could consume
E’er the want be spent

Susan,
For that I'd go broke! So thrilled you are back. What a wonderful, romantic write. I've missed you T-O-N-S!!!!

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Man, I wish I'd written those lines!!

And YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY, you finally make it back.  I love you, dear friend...so very glad to have you back here again.

The stars will shine when I am gone,
the earth will turn on as before,
the gulls, still race along the shore,
the morning star, still kiss the dawn

Ah.... again we can sit by the shore and listen to SEA... Nice to see you back!

very softly written...and as always it give a bit of rise to the little green man who in his envy, longs to have such things written about him..

Enjoyed...you have been gone for far too long.
