Remember, the time when you and I first met
I had been through so much, before I met you
When you came along, I was so afraid of men
I was hesitant, not knowing what I should do

People would tell me, not all men were the same
You had your way of getting right inside my heart
Making me have feelings, I had never had before
My love for you began to grow, right from the start

It seemed as though I was always thinking about you
And, I could not hardly wait until we were together again
But, for once in my life, I wanted to trust someone
To trust you like I did, I should have known better than

You always assured me everything would be alright
To trust someone again, I will never be able to
Instead of showing me that I really could
You made it clear, I could never even trust you

(big hugggssssss) Yes, there will always be those who don't deserve your trust and can betray but there will always be those who will be worthy of trust, you just have to hang onto that faith! (sigh) This is heartfelt, sweet friend, my heart goes out to you, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

The lesson, not yet learned, is to seek out trusting again! Keep trying, it is the right thing to do!

Dear Sweet Sue---

It sounds as though you have been betrayed more than once. That kind of pain and sorrow has closed many a woman's heart. It may need some down time right now for mending. When the hurt has lessened, hopefully your heart will be able to accept the love of a man worthy of you---and he'll come along when you least expect it!

Be strong, Sue. I can't address your trust issue, since I don't know all the circumstances, but I do hope someday you will find someone you can trust.

I have learned this lesson too many times dear lady, unfortunately many of us do. I try to tell myself that I should learn from mistakes, but in my heart... like you, I know that we cant live life feeling like that because all it breeds is loneliness. Never say never and always keep hope alive.

Strive for higher levels, if they seem out of reach... Grow, and they will get closer.
