Awake the Moon's last praise of justification
That rest, that fools paradise you cannot
Remember the rhyme or words you create
For the pen has finnally dried.
What mistaken curse laid out before you,
That you do tremble with a might
Lasting for this eve, alone with only
The candle flame for your reserve.
Trusting that you may make another scratch
Another stroke, alas anything to reach
Your already delayed ending, of which
You have not the temperment to renew.
Nor cast your hand to the wind,
Simply lay the pen, and walk away.

Or keep on writing and hope the dry spell passes.
Good write, deep thoughts

Michael, this is a good one to be read very slowly, because the pain does come through, indeed...the pain comes through very well.
