Time (wondering again...) Sometimes time stops for just a moment and then the moment is gone then we dream about tomorrow and the coming of the dawn. Sometimes time is but a memory that comes knocking at your door it slips into the realms of yesterday because time holds so much more. Time can be our worst enemy or it can often be our best friend it can soften the blows of life and give a heart the gift of mend. Is time considered eternity, and if so how long will it last? Is time a measure of tomorrow does it hold truths born of the past? I believe time can be a mystery an adventure of life to play time can be so many things but sometimes time begins......today.....   (sigh) Yes, I believe time can indeed be our best friend always if we let it be today and not worry about the tomorrows that still remain beyond presents reach! First of all, thank you for the credit you gave Prof. Gloom. He is a remarkable poet, and often inspires me. Next, thank you for this beautiful poem. It is very soft, very tender, you have spaced it out in its phrasing, and it lightly floats down the page, in a soft whisper... it is simply beautiful... |

Sunshine, and you my dear are simply wonderful. The last line of Professor Glooms poem got me thinking about time in general and how it passes, sometimes seeming to be slow, and other times seeming to just fly by and I found myself jotting my thoughts down and finally....my muse let me write again.......*s* somebody tell me, please help me.... |

Donna Time is not easy to write about...she is fickle yet steady, and as individual as the people that experience her. Wonderful and thoughtfilled poem. I especially liked, the line, "but sometimes time begins......today....." |
