I woke up late this morning Shouldn't have stayed in bed so long Thought I'd shower quickly But all the hot water was gone Out the front door running And, of course, the car won't start I hate when days begin this way Morning's already the hardest part As I was sitting on the city bus A thought occurred to me Everything will be alright Because I am still free Somewhere out there Governments are lying The hopeless are trying Grown men are crying To watch there loved ones dying To watch there freedoms die From beliefs in which the devil thrives As fear is waning from his eyes Where does my integrity lie? Glancing at my watch, knowing I am late Rushing to clock in and slip right into place I run for the door...I'm almost there Then I fall on my face tripping up the stairs And as I sat there on the concrete Wiping blood off of my knee I knew things would work out fine Because I am still free Everything will be alright All will be okay My life is worth the living For I am a free person today |

(big hugggssssss) Yes, you are free and together we will all find solace and faith under the good grace of God! (sigh) This is powerful, sweet friend, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Trista, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." |

dear EarthenSoul, "My life is worth the living For I am a free person today." perhaps within your last line is an explanation for why the enemy feels compelled to use suicide as a weapon. they do not know freedom and therefore cannot appreciate their own lives. because they are evil, instead of trying to improve things for themselves, they try to tear down what they envy. Well done. Freedom to come and go, to climb and to stumble as you choose, to walk or to ride, to wear sneakers or boots or sandals. Those freedoms seem so basic to us that we sometimes take them for granted until they are almost taken away from us. Nice to meet you! |

We take so much for granted. How easy it is to forget all that we do have to be thankful for. Good write. Thank you! |
