They walk down the asile
Then they are gone
Out of your home
And on their own

You say goodbye at death
But they are at peace
At rest
That is sometimes for the best

You say goodbye when a relationship goes sour
It may be a bore

But goodbye is always gonna be the hardest thing

I have often wondered how the word good and
bye could be put together into a word with
so much emotion and feeling tied to it...

Yes, goodbyes are a necessary but very tender
and often sad part of life...Seldom if ever,
and I do mean ever...forgotten..

(BIG HUGGGSSSSSSS) Oh Julie, this is so sadly beautiful, sweet friend, goodbye to me is the saddest word ever put in the dictionary and I too wish I never had to say that word but I have and it makes me cry too! (sad sigh) Despite all the goodbyes, may your life always be filled with many happy hellos too, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Julie, thank you for sharing!
