Staring outside for several hours Just wondering where the love is The love that once was ours Why is it I am unable to feel it now The way I did when you and I first met Your arms you always put around me Did you think that I would forget The passion grew deep inside me With each gentle touch from you Now it seems as if it is all gone It just doesn't seem it could be true The love I felt was so strong I am not one to give up so easy Hanging onto hope, I guess For things to be like they use to be Each time I think of leaving It just breaks my heart right into It hurts so bad deep inside me I just don't know what to do I don't understand what went wrong Always thought your love was true These feelings that I feel inside I know they are all still for you By Sue 6-17-02 |
