I am surrounded by love...which is probably the reason that I have survived as long as I have... Thanks so much, Martie... I have always been fascinated with how flowers can grow and blossom among the rocks and in the sand, where there are very few nutrients... They must be special to be able to survive in that kind of environment. ~ lots of big hugsLyra |

are there those, somewhere, that see miracles in front of their eyes, yet cannot see them? They are subtle, now, in these modern times, but ahhhhh they dooooo exist. Thanks so much, Jeff... I really really enjoyed your very sweet reply. I took that photo 2 years ago when we were on vacation. We drove my little Mazda all across the country from Kalamazoo, Michigan to San Francisco, California. We had David's daughter and her then fiance...now husband, with us. I can't remember exactly where I took it but it was somewhere in the desert in Oregon...and I was so surprised to see the pretty plant growing there where it appeared to have no nourishment.
