Sea Of You Within my soul lies a sea of you Washing my shore in its oceans of true The waves of love that skim over me Fill my heart with tales of eternity I’m blessed by the softest touch of you It ripples over me I feel brand new Each day I cherish the thought of this That I am transformed by your loving kiss Inside my heart there’s a special place It’s bedecked with love and filled by your grace No pain can enter while you bide here I’m free from all doubt and released from fear Your sea of trust floods the all of me The deeps that rise within to set me free My shore is brushed by the waves of you The setting and the rise of a love still true In the pool of softness lies your sigh Brushing over my soul with pure breath’s aye The shallows where I’ve paddled before Give way to your oceans mightiest roar And to the power of your embrace I cede my soul to you in saving grace The sea of love doesn’t frighten me Not while I hold to your hearts certainty In oceans of you I bathe my soul Then I rise from the water clean and whole Marsha Breathe through the heat of our desire |

Mushy, how beautifully soothing is this. But I am reminded of the story where Jeffrey and Georgina go to the beach for the first time and Jeffrey says, "roll on mighty ocean, roll on." to which Georgina replies "oh look aren't you clever it's doing it."
