Forever and a Sunday You know me even better than I'm prone to know myself. Read all my secret tragedies, then nurse me back to health. Your loving fire consumes me how it rages,dancing sparks Its embers guide me safely home from paths which get too dark I'll wrap your hands in silken gloves The fingers of my fate My destiny is linked to yours in worlds which we create. So,..Forever and a Sunday, I'll be mesmerized by you Without you there, for me to stare, I'm blind, without a clue. |
