Bullies now from where they come have done damage to unsuspecting ones listen to their stories, from where they came then you'll be less likely to lay certain blame. Energies can be rechanneled into creative arts this is a project done in the US for new starts older bullies visit schools to explain their paths so younger ones might adjust and better adapt. the bully has a mind like you or me some have been bullied themselves you see they see their tactics as a way to have power its not all there to intimidate, and make people cower. Once you see bullying as a mechanism of defense that some were raised out of home on a fence takes time for them to establish new values and see its better to be liked than feared. Its never too late for bullies or victims to review their fate their efforts can be directed to others.. lead them to the creative arts. provide role models for younger troubled ones in search of fresh starts. "Its never too late bullies can review their fate" as can victims---I know it sounds odd--but victims also choose...sigh and tsk.. I should know... and I do. hugs e!!! |
