Sunrise in my Eyes

The morning touches my eyes,
Seaward breeze on which gulls flies, dipping into the coming tide,
First just colors on the horizon,
Then it’s red gives way to the yellow sun, up into the day it will ride,
Burning ever brighter all day,
Turning children red as they play, so in the shade I will hide,
Remembering my old friends,
Thought fly on the salty winds, where gulls gracefully slide.

Elan I was just reading yours and thinking how much I love it, yes in sync.
Noah, you have to remember, it’s all part of you, friends can change but they still were friends no matter what, and even when you have to move away like I did.
