Jagged Edge

You penetrate
with jagged edge
of soul shard-
And I am hungry
for the cut…

Your lengthy words
cradle demise-
soon the death of me…

Singe of heartstrings
(a valiant attempt)
I still sway-
~motionless~
to your sultry stage…

Dancing as an imp
of want-fevered passion-
I burn down resistance
in walls of defeat…

just to touch you
is
to touch me…

Open arms can be the most fragile in the world...

(big hugggssssssss) Oh Tanya, I understand this passion so very well, sweet friens, sometimes I can feel so lovesick and be touched and it can really sting sometimes and it can be aching though I know in the end I will achieve stillness of heart! (kiss on cheek) This is excellent, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Tanya, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

Damn, now that's great poetry!  I've read you many times before, and this is by far your most powerful.  It's a keeper~

Beautifully despairing and lovely. Why is tragedy always so romantical?
