Some’ehs Out Theya it’s some’ehs out theya in the meadow hidin’ ‘neath the phlox ‘n’ lupine in the thicket, by the cricket ‘at sings foh a mate. undeh moonlight of a summeh’s night it whispehs neah the ground creeping, crawling lounging, lolling as it lingehs till the mown when the dawning finds it yawning for its slumbeh in the day what could it be haunting me can ya make it go away? ©Jul6 30, 2002 Whether on the shoal or on the shore, |
