as many lines on his forehead do tell
the lines of distinction are written on his palms
as he carries his fortune in a brown paper bag.

Were there fortune cookies in that bag?

I once got a fortune cookie which had a blank piece of paper in it.....
now that is scary...especially from where I am right now.
