“LOST INTO YOU”
by
Bill Charles
~~~~
Noticed you in the park,
sitting under an oak…
Embraced in soft breezes,
this heart awoke…
Reached out my hand,
taken gently into yours…
Fingers meshed together,
silent, feeling contours…
Enchanting love known,
both wanting to heal…
Feelings open for each,
nothing to conceal…
Once if forever would,
stay near to continue…
I’d be fond of the depths,
to be lost into you…
I agree with Sandra, Bill...
the last line is a perfect finish to a beautiful poem.
