Smooth pond of reflection
Mirrored image of an existence
Listless serenity

A thought touches
A ripple moves across
As others start to follow
In every increasing intensity
Invigorated renewal

Thoughts so uplifting the seas surge
In spray mists the air is deluged
In never ending possibilities
Swells so magical they dance
In a free spirit

Reflections of what was
Have stormed away
In every changing patterns
You are so different
That self reflection sees another person

Tumultuous upheavals leave you longing
For peaceful tranquility of your former self
But the cycle of life will not allow it
For once started, you must flow with it
On rough seas of your destiny

Abstract thinking will detour you
In a depressed state of volatile actions
So stay clear of the tidal waves of destruction
That will devour your purpose whole

In controlled tides you learn to inspire
At different levels of your own strengths
In the energy to transform changes one by one
To the potential of them gravitating on their own

So on high tide of the moon’s glow
The momentary image shines in sparking glow
As the cycle starts a new phase
Going into low tide’s dark contemplations
Of things changed so traumatically

In the special time given you
Flowers have blossomed within
In the fragrance of an exhilarated bouquet
Specially arranged mystic masterpiece
In the inner music of gratification
Reaching for the heavens

Wonderful piece of self-examination and inner thought. You do a wonderful job of creating an inner psyche to work with and mold into whatever fits the reader's personal life. Good write.
