Footprints Of Hope How I came to PiP’s challenge I came to walk in Footprints of hope To see souls in pain And ways to cope To collect your tears Your sighing why Your laughter your fears To taste your sigh I came to see the smiles and pain The holding back The flood of rain To bathe in joy To feel all this To really know Of Poets kiss I came because I wanted too To speak with all I felt I knew To laugh with ‘Deer To hold Margie’s hand To breathe the touch of Kethry’s land I came to walk beside Kari To sigh with Sy Where souls walk free To listen to tales Of Magnus Knights To Larry’s cheer And Toerag’s fights I came here because I know it’s true This is a place Of rainbow hue Not just sighs of lover’s plight Not only soul’s Trapped in night Here there’s more Reach out and see The real of life PiP’s community Krissy My second attempt at rhyme, I shan’t tell you what mum said but the words don’t ask featured in it so let me know if it’s any good please And while thy willing soul transpiers |

Krissy, Sweet girl...how absolutely wonderful. You warmed my heart all under. I love this and it is such a perfect example of why I'm glad you are here. You have such a giving, caring heart and on top of all that...talent! Bless you for blessing us all. Thanks, Larry C If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. |

Well, Krissy, this is my first post on this site and it is my pleasure to do so in the form of a comment on your "Footprints Of Hope" poem. I think you conveyed your message most effectively: the rhyme was fine, the tone most appropriate (sincerity) and the theme as expressed in the title was carried forward in the style of the text . It was not only an expression of hope for positive outcomes from participation here, but also a tribute and encouragement to the poets you named. Brava!! I look forward to reading more of your work. Krissy, for a second time rhyme you did just fine and the sentiments too are so like you Don't let your mum bring you undone in footprints shown how much you've grown. Keth Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

Bravo, Krissy!! Not only was the rhyme excellent but the way you incorporated all of the poets and the emotions into it is truly remarkable. Hopefully your mum will take your name off of E-Bay now since you have shown so much promise....and I was planning to bid for you, too! Wonderful work, Krissy!! |
