Day’s audacity drains me in winding swells
Oh, to be caressed in time’s slowest hands

I drink fever rapidly and drown in gentle quells
Stirring sweet halcyon orange scented lands

This hourglass sifts me in particular sands
I melt stolen moments into jeweled felicity

Where dreams can’t glaze this precious strand
pearling sweet notions vignette of discovery

What more beyond this door should enable me
this pure release of wingless savoir-faire

But that which tunes my soul into sensuality
with gauzy notes phantasmal in thinnest air

My most intimate voice now rhymes with fruition
rising ever more clearly beyond seventh note visions

*wink~*

(smiles) Oh Regina, this is sooooooo beautiful, sweet friend, I just love the gorgeous words you write, yes, always sing the symphonies of your heart to the highest notes possible and let them flow like some Wagnerian opera that flows only with such rhythm and a melody never phlegmatic to the ear! (kiss on cheek) This is graceful, sweet friend, I love it, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Regina, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,

So pretty Regina~ time goes by so slowly and time can do so much!  Look at it this way, it makes the heart grow fonder!

Another graceful beauty from your poetic pen.

The spirit of the soul to achieve happiness is brought about through the mindset of self assuredness and the pure desire to gain knowlege of life in the most measureable of ways.  Beautiful are your words and the conviction of strength really radiates in this piece. I missed that it was a sonnet completely. I suppose that I need to study them so as to recognize all the different styles.  I admire anyone who can write sonnets.  I haven't even tried "one" of any style yet.

Recognize love for the gift it is and not a need that is out of focus.

rwood,

Well, I do believe you've reached beyond the 7th note here, my poet friend, but if not you have still a greater understanding of your
inner potental.  Very nicely composed verse.

ah yes. . . I knew that you could take a form and make it your own. . . you've done that here. . . hidden the mechanics of it in words that fill the mind. . .

wonderfully done. . .
