I am sitting in the car Turning on the air Wasting gas without a care It is hot outside I decided to go for a ride Thinking about life And how in the future I want to be a loving wife Now I am at a park Sitting in my car Thinking how far I want to travel Maybe to Canada But all I can do is sit in my car And not drive far What a bummer!!! Cold hands means a warm heart [This message has been edited by the_loner_23 (07-11-2002 10:17 PM).] |

I like the poem. It describes what I feel in life when I'm not adventuring or at least imagining adventure. What is life without poetry and adventure? |

(sigh) This is a wonderful thoughtful poem, sweet friend, it is a strange feeling indeed yet we can go far if we believe in it with our hearts! (sigh) This is beautiful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Julie, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! One of these days, Canada would be a great place to go. I'll let you drive, and I'll share the gas money, okay? I love your poem. Nan(Pilgrim variety) |
