as pain subsides into the darkness of sleep.
Rest the soul that ye might have peace

Mornings pounding with the heart
as hands wring and sweat
Peace my son, my child, for I

Praying for peace
for that patch of clear earth free
of troubles and enduring fear
that rest might heal

the messenger.

Love me Lord
As I love you, for I need you
I need your comfort
at this time, this day.

Barry, this is a powerful post...we want to accept His hand, then turn it away in the light. That is when we need it most. A very good, thoughtful peace in this peace...if you will let the light within...it will hold...
