I’m parched.
I’m in need of relief.
“No ice in the freezer?”
I have grief.

I try the ice maker
Anyway
To find that you emptied
The trays yesterday.

Thank you for the time
You put into my care
And making sure when I needed it,
The ice was there.

I do so love you, too!

I guess we need to be thankful for the little things in life!
After all, it's the little things like this that count, right?
