The Reader

Her slow voice husks
edging his soul
will he hold out
for her control

for he would have
her finger thin
her view of his
every whim

he doesn’t breathe
before the ring
distends exhale
sweet life she brings

what does she say?
it’s not so much,
it’s just the way
her voice husks touch

“read me lady,
my poetry,
bring to it, please,
reality.”

Deca....I always enjoy how your poetry leaves a yearn within the reader....Feeling
as though they have been sensually touched
and waiting for more....

Now Deca...you just KNOW how I feel about this one right?
Thought so!
Excellent!
Glad I caught this one before heading out the door.
Later....

'tis very beautiful but  do you mean  breathe in this line?
he doesn’t breath
that would make it  perfect in  every way..

Deca,
This such a soft lyrical piece, it made my heart yearn .

Deca

A voice from the throat of love...is loved.  Such a lovely feeling expressed here so well!

Thank you all for being the reader for a few moments, and hopefully for taking something from this to wing away on new threads of thought...
