Your Heart Takes Wing

When the winter winds howled at your door
and threatened your very core
when all that you loved was fleeing
you used your mind to strengthen your being

though it could have torn you apart
you used adversity to nourish your heart
spreading your goodness to those in need
had made you a strong loving woman...indeed

you could have been bitter and lived in spite
but instead, you became a beacon of light
the key to life, you hold in your hand
my friend...I think you are simply grand

and for doing so many loving things
over fields of beauty, your heart takes wing

Ah Lyra, I have to come there and give you a real hug one day for this caring you found to do right in the midst of one of the biggest personal crisis of your own life. Well they say it takes one to know one - you just proved that to be so true. My friend, thank you and may your mutual strength also,see you through this coming week. Hey, I am sitting here singing, "Lean On Me" know that song? Thanks sweetie, you be one good chipmunk that is for sure!

(tears fall down my cheeks) Oh Lyra, God Bless You, I know Sharon has been through some tough times lately like you have, and I have been through so many tough times already in my life, but when I was a boy and I was abused by so many, it hurt me and made e sad and then I felt sad when others were hurt and cried and ever since I have learned to feel like that I want to live my life helping children and those who need a hug and love and make them happy because I feel I am capable too because I know the pain! (BIG ANGEL HUGGGSSSSSS) You are a true angel with wings in your heart just like Mysteria, sweet friend, I am blessed to have you as a friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Lyra, thank you for sharing!
