'Tis the season to be creative! Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to write a holiday poem and format it in such a way that it creates a picture/design of a holiday object. You may use 'normal' graphics along with your poem, to enhance the presentation, but the poem itself should also create a picture. Here are a few examples. These are not holiday poems, but they will give you a better idea of what I'm looking for. /pip/Forum42/HTML/000635.html /pip/Forum33/HTML/003086.html /pip/Forum42/HTML/000046.html /pip/Forum42/HTML/000073.html /pip/Forum42/HTML/001076.html Hopefully those will give you enough of an understanding to be able to pull this off. These can be very challenging, but are also a lot of fun, so give it a try. Remember, it shuold be a holiday poem and should create a holiday design. Be sure to post a link to your poem in this thread so that I don't miss anything. Now, go to it, and have fun! |

i remember doing this back in elementary school. we didn't fill in the images, just created the outlines. everyone else was doing things like trees, suns, cars, etc. and leaving the rest of the page blank. i did a full page [legal size] sunset on the beach. hahahaha. on pink paper to get the colour of the sky. it was fun. /jen/ i'm so bitterly disappointed. betty, i think it's time you leave now. |
