The Absence of Light The crust of darkness seeps into the earth As the sun god RA claims his royal throne The mighty torch since eons of our birth Is dimmed by the minions of a sacred home Purity the gift of a kind and giving god Abundance the wealth, once never in doubt. Forsaken is the life, greed has lain to rot The garden of the light, ignore its silent shout Time rushes to prepare the royal wake, As the tears of the gods, gather on this night, Prayers from the heavens, as our air dissolves to space A God shines no more, in this absence of life. Hi Parker Almost brought one of mine back today too, for the earth, and the thought of you. I'm glad to see that you did. |

Thanks all for replying. Nothing is ever too small if it helps our mother Earth. So protect her, write about her and love her...for she is not replacable. Parker |
