How do I explain these feelings inside
Whenever you're standing right by my side.
Rainbow of colors fill the sky,
As the sands of time slip on by.

The stars above and the stories they hold
Control the cards to our future untold.
Time's wasting away as I sit here and wait.
You must know how I feel, before it's too late.

I'm searching for words that are so hard to find.
But once again, I fall silent as a mime.
The words circle around inside of my head,
But echo silently to the skies instead.

Defenses down I bare my soul,
And watch as destiny unfolds.
As two hearts collide with one another,
Our lives are finally linked together.

you sound so happy! I too have felt this very same way before, it is a magical feeling and it's quite indescribable!

This is a great poem and full of so much emotion, I'm proberbly not one to talk but at one point:

i felt that you tryed too hard to rhyme, but all the same it was a beatiful poem.
