THESE PICTURES WERE TAKEN BY ME OF MY GARDEN * * * * * There are roses and pansies So much color do I see Such beauty all around me What a lovely place to be I meander past the tree ferns As new fronds begin to unfurl In my garden I descend Into my fantasy world As I bask in the sun And enjoy its warm rays Summer is finally here With its lovely long days In amongst my birch trees I'm at one with my thoughts Such a great place to go When I'm feeling out of sorts Jasmine and gardenias So exquisite are their blooms With a perfume heaven sent All above me it looms So much beauty to behold And with so much joy do I see That nearly all of this beauty Was created lovingly by me A favourite place to be at peace So much joy does this garden bring A place where I reflect on my memories Where I admire the birds as they sing The shadows are now growing longer And I must leave this paradise I have chores to be done Which are not so nice I'll leave with a smile But very soon I'll return Where so much beauty can be found At each and every turn Suetang |

Sue I love the statue and your flowers. There appears to be a Japanese maple in amongst the flowers. Fabulous. Here in New England, my perennials are just popping out of the ground and it's so exciting. I just adore Spring. Thanks for sharing with us. Sue, How awesome. It appears you posed for an artist. How long did that take? Love the poem, the garden and the house. Cool! Nice job on all of it. Lot's of garden work there though. |

Sue: What a treat to see your beautiful garden today. It is only 40 degrees here and a cold wind. I have only one lonely daffodil in bloom! Thanks for sharing. Betty Lou Hebert |
