How does it feel? Is it a laugh or a squeal of delight? An incredible rush a sacred hush a prayer for a dream gone by? Does it feel like snow in December’s glow or the hot summer streets of July? Is it a stare or a blink a flirtatious wink – a kiss with open eyes? How do you know? Do stars start to flow and rain down from above ? How does it feel to know it is real How do you know you are loved? By the warmth of a touch a stroke of good luck or the tears of joy in your eyes? Is it a hug from a child or flowers grown wild or a grandmother’s comforting sigh? These questions asked a non-stop task for I’ve only found love is a lie ...and her crown was formed by the ice in her eyes |
