The Cure Not everybody loves Not everybody cares But everybody drinks a brew That everybody shares Not everybody understands Not every heart alerts Not everybody notices But everybody, hurts... It's easy mending little ones Their wounds are plain to see A bump up on the noggin' A scratch down on the knee They just need a bit of sympathy A touch of tenderness A gentle hug to re-assure And then the healing kiss.... It's harder when we're older Wounds find a place to hide Diagnosis becomes mystery When all the pain's inside But still the cure is kissing It's the sum of healer's art So either tell me where it hurts Or show me where to start! That love is all there is |

(big hugggssssssss) Oh Ralph, this is powerful, sweet friend, yes, yes, it is hard to heal wounds when we are older and tormented when we are young, but love can always overshadow the scars and bring new hope to us all! (sigh) This is wonderful, sweet friend, my thoughts are with you, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Ralph, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton "Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..." Shakira [This message has been edited by Mistletoe Angel (05-26-2002 10:05 PM).] |
