Water's Edge you came to water's edge just to get a drink but when you found the liquid touching you finally found your link the sand didn’t know it too was quite dry the waves carried echoes of your needs in reply at first quite timid about the fear of getting wet then let it wash you over a quenching with no regret baptism in this water now begins life anew thirsty for more than land gives an ocean a different view |
