(I wrote this last December, and ever since I was wondering what this poem meant when I wrote this, and now I know why I did! This is for you, dearest Larry, know all our thoughts are with you and we will always be here for you! God Bless You!)

Angelic Radiance
By: Noah Eaton
12/9/01

Amid the silver clouds shielding Luna’s face
War tears projects from an angel’s gaze, falling with blithe trace
Shrouds of feathers blanket a child as she sleeps
Her eyes are hemmed with gossamer stars which she receives

She holds a Bible under her arm, bookmarked with a blue rose
Syringe of faith perforating the unrest that encumbers below
Her caresses her cotton cheek with a glove of porcelain
Curfews compensated for promises sparkling within

And the angel whispers in her ear, “I will spread my wings,
And guide you with all my heart’s content and make you all you can be!”
Fear not, your spirit will always rest in Hands of Light
Your wings shall be brandished in bronze, bringing love to many eyes

So the angel spreads her wings, wearing the northern lights like a scarf
Wearing the stars like a nightgown, swaying embers afar
Resting another gentle spirit in His carriage
Holding loves notion to devotion, reflecting the light’s prowess

In the night the angel took flight
Offering guidance to each and every spirit blithe
Loves spirit singing from a child’s soul
In the arms of an angel, shining pure as gold

And the angel promises her, "His love will never fail!"
From one angel to another, you will always shine in your fathers heart
Just as he will always love you, as his heart will go on
For a father and daughter's love is forever...

"Underneath your clothes there's an endless story..."

Shakira

Noah~

I have no words left right now....

I would rather have one breath of his hair,
one kiss of his mouth,
one touch of his hand
than an eternity without it.

Noah, how amazing that this poem came to you before it had a meaning. Beautiful sentiments, such a sad thing.
