Portrayals Dip thy pen into sink of sigh with lightest feather touch then sense men’s cry Let shades of deeper ink seep souls for word’s sole touch is music’s shoal Direct yon light to fall on page’s leaf direct to mind, past eyes to cleave so very brief Of hope, t’would thought bend gray to layer long in minds’ well, doth one pray? Elan darling girl you are a weaver of stars incandescent dreams WOW this is utterly utterly delightful you’ve written an absolutely precious think of poetic ink here. The flow of thought in this is wonderful and the rhythm absolutely divine. I love the image this brings so softly tenderly soft whispered dreams You know I adore this too don’t you, and do I forgive you for outshining me? Mmmm I’ll think about it, but it might take some bribery, another dozen poems like this might do to start with. And don’t tell me to hit the print button twelve times.
