I am insignificant A magnifying glass scorched my heart dripping plastic fried the sunshine walk And once I learned of My triviality My multiple-choice none-of-the-above who-was-he existence hangs out here I did not all-of-the-sudden blink-of-the-eye Itsobviousthateverythingisconnectedbuthow? become infinitely more the wiser I did not wear socks up to the knees At the funeral where the sign read melting away melting melting melting melting away They close casketed my only desire- to shock the world with my inner self |
