Deliverance I swallowed the words I heard and held them down wondering if they were meant for me, waiting to see if your lips could play them out again, when I least expect it. On the verge of an almost retreat, solitude becomes a necessity as my body is being attacked, forcibly lifted by the demons inside wanting out, to the regret of these lips that once tasted only of the sweetness of you. Over and over again, I must stop, pry myself from hopeful thoughts and deliver myself leaning over the edge waiting for that endless flow, biding my time, to get back to you. I am curbed at the moment, spontaneity restricted only by the choking back of the strain of my life. M "Love is not blind - It sees more and not less, but because it sees more, it is willing to see less." |

I swallowed the words I heard and held them down wondering if they were meant for me, waiting to see if your lips could play them out again, when I least expect it. I hope you didn't choke on them, Maureen...or we would have to do a poetic Heimlich maneuver on you. Seriously, the poem is beautiful! ~lots of hugs Lyra |

Hmm, a poetic Heimlich maneuver ... I'm trying to imagine how righteous that would be. Hope y' feel better. She said burn ... together. |

Over and over again, I must stop, pry myself from hopeful thoughts and deliver myself Deliver ourselves we must, in order to keep from going over the edge. It's no easy task to be sure! I'm so there!! Hugs to you Maur~ |
