A grayish misty chill blankets the ground as shadow covers light of far off moon A howl and glow of eyes in see surround for fire’s cold death will curse it’s victim soon Standing before the eyes of death in wait of slashing teeth and fangs that thirst for me The wolves shall snarl and snap beyond the gate the courage of the pack does a chill be. A fire of wood with coals that glow like eyes shall keep at bay the pack of howling teeth when dawn does break and scatter sound of cries gray mist will burn and show the path beneath I walk among the chill of dark shadows I shall not fear to step when terror shows |

Magnus darling boy this is absolutely stunning. I’m knocked out by this powerful and brilliantly written poem of yours. You write so well and always manage to speak to my soul. Always your writing is superb, and always you succeed in writing exceedingly well and tonight is no exception. Well done darling boy this is utterly utterly perfect Love and warm stuff As always Mushy To give light to them that sit in darkness..... to guide our feet into the way of peace Luke 2:79 |

I loved this peak into yr mind -- one thing, tho', can death by fire be a cold death? Really enjoyed. She said burn ... together. |
