Anniversary An anniversary it’s been one year Since that first time you held me near I can’t recall the actual time or place When I fell for your beloved face I don’t remember what you said All I recall is that I lost my head My eyes simply locked with you And I know that you felt it too Our anniversary it’s one year on I don’t know where the time has gone A year I’ve tasted love’s hot flame Twelve months I’ve driven you insane Moments which heartbeats measure Time stands still for such pure pleasure Do you remember that first touch? Or crying out I need you so much This anniversary my doesn’t time fly I hadn’t noticed a year slipping by A whole year can you believe it’s true? I’ve spent a year being with you And still the flame leaps here in my soul You’re the man who keeps me whole No fading light for you and me A year the beginning of our eternity Marsha To give light to them that sit in darkness..... to guide our feet into the way of peace Luke 2:79 |

Sis... This is sooo beautiful! This is the most stunning write of your "poetical career" at least that is my opinion.
