A warm summer night in 2001, I am young again laying in the grass collecting dew I spread my legs and arms and breath ~ spread my legs and arms like butter and fill me with everything in the world and everything not in the world Joy horror tears, love pain wonder welling up into my throat, sputtered out through my mouth, left wiggling in the grass, alone, indignant, and mortified - to watch the world and guess at what it all is for. |

(big hugggsssssss) Oh Samia, we have all missed you and your wonderful words so so much, sweet friend, this is wonderful and very thought-provoking, I too always piece this together like some fresco on a wall and I always find myself contemplating it over also! (sigh) This is intense and wonderful, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Samia, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Sometimes it is vastly overwhelming, and then while we sit in the grass, we watch an ant struggle with a load bigger than it is, and know that we can do at least as much... Welcome home, Samia... |
