They Should Know I'm waiting for the rain to fall and cleanse my soul Waiting here with open arms for you to make me whole When will the pain end, and begin to finally fade I want our paradise to begin now, the perfect love we've made The tears just fall in an endless stream Pain of having you not here is enough to make me scream Time is passing us by, you and I both know it's true I'm searching inside myself for the most recent traces of you Please come to me...heal me with the touch of your love and heart I swear the next time I hold you, I will not depart The sun is shining down, I can feel it warm on my face I need you though, I'm begging to feel your wonderful grace I'm tired of these lies and pleasing everyone but you and me I know we can't hold on much longer, the truth will set us free How much longer can this go on, trips to the airports, planes flying high I know we say we'll be together soon, but im scared it could end in a crashing goodbye I know I'll never stop loving you, but for how long can the heart wait We are the writers of our own destiny and fate Don't let our time pass, I can feel it starting to slip away I am trying to reserve all the strength and hope I have left today Night time has fallen, as the stars hang high in the sky Walking to the window, I look out...asking again the age old question of why? When two people love each other, why do they wait around for others to say it's alright Isn't it up to you and me to make our own loves light Still here we are...neither here nor there Our hearts still beat with so much love, but do we dare Do we dare to hope and live this dream that we believe in so To make our dreams into reality, and have the courage to feel the wind blow The winds of time and change, in a world where things change everyday Do you think we can find a way to make this love stay I think we can, we just have to hold on and never let go Please remember I love you, and I think it's time everyone else should know "you can't stop the rain from pouring down can't stop the world from turning 'round can't stop me from loving you no matter what you do" [This message has been edited by Aimster (05-06-2002 06:04 PM).] |

Amy darling lil sis of my heart OH MY firstly this is what I was talking about, it’s utterly utterly breathtaking in its beauty. YOUR writing is utterly utterly beautiful, and awesome. The insight with which this has been written is incredible, hearts pain, choices to carry on to let go choices we all have them, but not all of us listen to our hearts when making them. You as you always do write with depth. Without fear or favour you clearly and most beautifully inscribe words of wisdom. I am awed seriously by your ability darling girl. YOU leave me speechless with admiration for the way this is written. YOU do know I love your writing don’t you? Of course, that is why I always look for your writing.
